I think the difference is though, I think with maybe Richland and Sauk is Sauk county was ready for this. They knew it was coming because of demographics. So The county had already done. It has done a study or doing a study on what to do with the facilities. and I believe that's co op owned by both of the city maybe and the county. So they've been working together.
