Nobody has the, and there's money sitting there that they could maybe access and different grants and they don't have anybody to write it for them because some, some grants are very complicated. And you know, so I know that Southwest Regional planning, like I said, they help a lot of municipalities write grants. but we need to help our municipalities, or small ones especially, try to get every dollar they can. And we've come to this realization and I'm glad we need. (30:40–30:45)
