The legislature was in session. Absolutely. So we have people that are doing these long distance drives every day to work in South Dakota. And We don't have the money to put up cell towers to keep them safe, but we can build a 1 billion dollar luxury prison for the most violent criminals in our state. I think it's absolutely sad.
