We have lots of small businesses, tens of thousands of small businesses in the state. They're our biggest employer. They're our foundation of our economy. And lots of them are struggling. In fact, They're going out of business at breakneck speeds like we've never seen before. I think we should be focusing our economic attention on our existing small businesses. And I think that's the way South Dakotans want our economy to be driven, not with multi billion dollar subsidized companies coming in from out of state. (04:05–04:10)
