As somebody who has four adult kids that are lucky enough to have a second generation business to be a part of that, I've provided for them. Thousands and thousands of young adults are leaving South Dakota because they're seeing their parents business struggle. and they don't want any part of it. And I think that's sad. I think we can keep thousands and thousands of more young adults in South Dakota if we can just help that first, second and third generation business function at a higher level. (09:53–10:00)
