It's the only bill that we pass every year, 63, 64 years in a row. This is something in a bipartisan way. We join together to make sure that our troops have the resources we need. That's the first thing we owe them. The second thing we owe our troops is respect. And that's why so many of us on both sides of the aisle go out of our way as we're traveling around our states to spend time with our military families, to thank those who serve. (04:12–04:19)
