And the way we use them in the right way is by having this kind of a debate about whether emissions in the national interest before we send them in to risk their lives. Senator Baldwin's motion at this moment, when we are in a ceasefire, gives us a chance to step back have that debate, have that vote, and in full view of the American people. Those who want to make the case that this war is worth it should be able to make that case. And those of us who don't believe it's worth it should make that case. (05:52–06:05)
