Phillipsburg obviously isn't unique in the troubles that we're experiencing. We are seeing a lot of the same problems everyone else is having. Mostly the catalytic converter, airbag lighting module. Theft seems to be the biggest area of concern. I think we're in a unique situation where we are, we border a different. State and a lot of the times we're seeing I guess, groups of people where they would come off of 22. (25:49–25:54)
