And the federal government typically pays about half of the cost of health care for Medicaid for the most needy among us. And the states pay the remaining half. Under Obamacare, they created a different regime for young healthy adults where the Federal government pays 90% of the cost. and the state just pays 10% of the cost. So Texas has not expanded Medicaid. We said, okay, that's really dumb to incentivize and prioritize the health care of young healthy adults ahead of kids and people with severe disabilities.
