And they say, well, gosh, if they don't get a job, they'll lose the benefit. Look, the whole purpose of this is to incentivize them to get a job. And As I said, CBO's projections are consistently wrong in this [context of Medicaid and work requirements]. I'll mention one other aspect of Medicaid that is actually Obamacare.
