But The ordinary course of appeal would be to appeal from the trial court to the intermediate appellate court in New York in the state court system. And then if you lose in the intermediate appellate court, to appeal to the top appellate court in New York, called the New York Court of Appeals, and then finally, if you lose there, then you could appeal to the US Supreme Court.
