And then if you lose in the intermediate appellate court, to appeal to the top appellate court in New York, called the New York Court of Appeals, and then finally, If you lose there, then you could appeal to the US Supreme Court. That's normally how a criminal case would proceed. It is possible you can file an extraordinary writ to ask the US Supreme Court to intervene right now, but it is very, very, very rare. (51:47–51:51)
