We lost a lot of folks in the workforce during the pandemic. We have a shortage of doctors, nurses and many other professionals in the healthcare arena. We need more mental health professionals and behavioral health professionals. And one of the there's a number of barriers right now. One is the high cost of getting those degrees. (17:58–18:03)
