I'm opposed to the Citizens United decision, but it's very, very hard to reverse because they've said that these are constitutional free speech rights and they've equated the expenditure of money with free speech, which I find very troubling. We need to, We have no disclosure really with the super PACs. So the one thing Congress can do is require disclosure. I support that and think we should do that, but I think we have to do more to get the secretive dark money out of our election system. (28:25–28:33)
