Look, most of education policy is decided at the local school board level and state is really responsible for what we call equalization dollars to equalize access to high quality education between low property value areas and high property value areas. But I would like to see more education paid for by the state income tax rather than people's property tax. The referendums, yeah, absolutely. But the federal government has over time imposed some mandates. One great example is special education, the Individuals with Disability Education Act. (30:47–30:53)
