On the affordability piece, our bill ensures that no working family will pay more than 7% of of their income on child care. This legislation will also provide grants to help communities in need to open new child care centers covering startup and licensing costs. We'll also make sure that child care workers are paid a living wage and achieved parity with elementary school teachers who have similar credentials and experience. (12:26–12:39)
