We have a shortage of doctors, nurses and many other professionals in the healthcare arena. We need more mental health professionals and behavioral health professionals. And one of the. There's a number of barriers right now. One is the high cost of getting those degrees. So I do think we should have very targeted loan forgiveness for folks who go in and pledge to work in hard hit areas where those workforce shortages are dire. (18:04–18:12)
