Obviously, it's something that we're going to do in close partnership with the state and with local government. I want to say just a little bit about how The Child Care Development Block Grant... is a program funded by the federal government. And the funds in that block grant go to the states by formula and then the state actually disperses those funds. The funds are used for a couple of different things. One is subsidies for low income parents to be able to afford their childcare premiums or child care tuition. (20:09–20:30)
