I hear from our corn growers and our soy growers all the time about how important it is that we keep commerce going down the Mississippi. And that means we have to keep our locks and dams in good order. And The bipartisan infrastructure law as well as some of our other legislation have given us the opportunity to look after some of those 80 year old structures, maybe even more than 80 years old in some cases which do need upkeep. And it's really always sad to see barges being held because one of the locks is inoperative for a period of time. So that's another thing we really, really need to invest in. (35:39–36:01)
