And we should not live in an America where your rights depend on the state you live or the zip code in which you live. So on that issue in Wisconsin, you can access abortion care in three out of 72 counties. In the remaining 69 counties, [abortion] is illegal because of our 1849 criminal abortion ban. People have to be on the verge of death to get care in this state. In those 69 counties, that is untenable. And people do want their rights and freedoms back. (15:08–15:17)
