These programs are win win wins for our state because they help accelerate the clean energy transition, promote economic development and job creation, and provide funding and innovative policy solutions to reliability, affordability, grid resiliency and workforce development challenges. Currently, the PSC is responsible for administering nine federal programs created in two pieces of landmark Biden Harris legislation, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs act and the Inflation Reduction Act.
