… hardware of, of, of, of radios and voice switches and radar, and we're going to rebuild the whole telecom system, build a whole new software system to control the airspace. I need billions of dollars to do that. I can't take that out of the 22 billion that runs the FAA. And so that's why Congress has to give us extra appropriations to make that happen.
