At what point in this should Congress get involved? Certainly the purse strings is what Congress controls. Right. And it looks like They're already requesting a supplemental, which would be additional dollars, certainly beyond the portions of the budget that fund the military and the National Defense Authorization Act. It is kind of the check and balance, which is at some point there's going to have to be a determination and a vote on whether or not there's going to be additional appropriations related to the operations in the Middle east right now.
