Well, just in general terms, I mean, the governor is right on that front. It's a lot of the stuff that they're releasing is somewhat classified and you can't really talk about it. But I'm not going to pretend that I have kind of firsthand knowledge of troop movements because it's not something that's typically briefed to members of Congress until it's actually happening. I know there are troops both in the Army Reserve and in the Guard. And you have to remember the Guard typically still are those with the weapon systems that are critical. (01:22–01:34)
