You voted against trying to limit the President's war powers, as did Republicans in Congress in the House and Senate this past week. At what point in this should Congress get involved? Certainly the purse strings is what Congress controls. Right. And it looks like they're already requesting a supplemental, which would be additional dollars, certainly beyond the portions of the budget that fund the military and the National Defense Authorization Act.
