And what we've seen is these hedge funds are purchasing single family homes in urban districts right now we've seen it particularly in Milwaukee in our state. And there were approximately three. And we have statistics are a little bit limited, but In around 2022, there were about three [hedge funds] that had purchased at least 1,500 single-family homes [in Wisconsin] that they were then turning into rentals. And the dilemma with that, right, is that if they are able to purchase these homes again with their unlimited pocketbooks, they can drive up prices and they do. (21:09–21:18)
