We just made our simple, we said no hedge funds can purchase single family homes in the state of Wisconsin. And if they do now, not that this doesn't go for anything in the past, If they do [purchase single-family homes], it will be forfeited and our attorney general will be initiating a removal of that property from them. so that that cannot happen. It's a way to dissuade people from doing that. And my hope is that it passes, cross my fingers that it gets bipartisan support and really is again a recognition of our housing crisis. (22:52–23:10)
