And basically with that kind of Pooled money, they have almost unlimited buying pro, you know, buying ability. And what we've seen is these Hedge funds are purchasing single family homes in urban districts, particularly in Milwaukee. in our state. And there were approximately three. And we have statistics are a little bit limited, but in around 2022, there were about three that had purchased at least 1, 500 single family homes that they were then turning into rentals.
