We are going to continue to see hospitals close. If this bill is not addressed in terms of how those dollars are flowing into rural healthcare systems, it's very concerning to me. We already have places in Wisconsin where it takes an hour, hour and a half to drive to have a baby. If we want to increase the economy within our rural spaces and we want younger people to move there, we're going to have to have a healthcare system that they can access. (14:08–14:14)
