And I'll talk to you about just one, which is UW Health has an apprenticeship model for nursing. I'm a nurse by background, so excited about this. They're taking their certified nursing assistants, they are putting them through school, they are paying full time benefits, full time wages, paying for their tuition, supporting them with some wraparound services, and they will be able to graduate with an associate's degree in nursing with no debt. There is no reason we cannot continue to have these types of innovative programs all across Wisconsin. We're now tiling in it for teachers. (23:14–23:33)
