You can't do anything about this. This is a DA, police, law enforcement thing. What's your reaction? This guy's out of jail now. Well, evidently they didn't have enough, The district attorney's office didn't have enough information to go ahead and file charges. The way that I understood it on the news last night was that he was released and they're not filing at this time. And usually that's the catch word it says at this time. (19:33–19:40)
