What's going on? That's a great question and I'll be happy to answer it. Unfortunately, I'm probably only going to give you a partial answer for it, and that is that 20 years ago we didn't have the strong mayor form of government. The voters are the ones who voted for the strong mayor form of government before we had city manager council form of government, which, which the city of Fresno is, is run much like the, the state of California.
