They're doing phenomenal work in the community. And they have shuttles. They're bringing people to shelters and to warm centers every night to make sure that they literally don't freeze to death. What I want to do as a county supervisor is declare a right to shelter. And that means that city and anybody in the city and the county has an absolute right to not freeze to death.
