That's one of the gimmicks, one of the legal forms of fraud in Medicaid. So it's completely out of control. I mean there's some states that are worse than others. California, New York, that's so again, When you hear that for example, the House is looking at cuts to Medicaid, think no, they're going to try and rein in Obamacare. That's been just misnamed as Medicaid. And I just want to make a big explanation point here though. This is not coming from a mean spirited spot. (18:37–18:47)
