If you just look at 2019 spending again, take the 4.4 trillion, increase it by population inflation, use this year's Social Security, Medicare and interest, we'd be spending $6.5 trillion. Now I thought was interesting about the Clinton baseline. Biden is projecting this year revenue coming about 5.5 trillion. That's probably ambitious, but that's how possible a balanced budget is. And by the way, the Clinton outlays that budget passed the Senate by 79 to 22. (06:48–06:52)
