That didn't happen during the pandemic. We started out in 2019 spending $4.4 trillion. Massive unit party deficit spending in 2020 $6.5 trillion. Now we're spending 7. We never looked back. We went from average deficits about $800 billion prior to Covid to now pretty well in grain 1.9 [trillion]. And over the next 10 years, we're projected to have $26.4 trillion of total deficit.
