This hearing will come to order. I just want to thank all the witnesses, everybody in the audience for attending what I think is a really important hearing. The title is connecting patients to new and potential life saving treatments. We're going to be talking to Darcy Olson who has certainly been at the forefront of trying to pass and is successfully passing legislation called right to try in states and trying to take a look at that on a federal basis.
