So if the treatment wears off for him, he could still die from this. And he had access to this when? About seven years ago. But now he's disclosed. I can't imagine, I can't imagine having a family member with ALS knowing this seven years ago, somebody surviving this and not having access to it. I mean, you know, doctor, can you explain?
