To date, no one at Tomah has been fired. The medical professionals that prescribed the lethal cocktail of drugs that killed Jason Simkowski are still collecting a paycheck from the American taxpayer. My bill would give the VA secretary the authority to expedite termination of health care professionals who failed to deliver the high quality care our veterans deserve. Currently, the bill has 16 co sponsors who share a common goal of holding bad actors accountable. (03:47–03:57)
