In June 2009, Dr. Noel Johnson was fired from TOMA for refusing to fill prescriptions she believed to be unsafe. Dr. Johnson's in the audience here today. In July 2009, Dr. Chris Kirkpatrick was fired from TOMA after raising concerns about overmedication. Tragically, the same day he was terminated, Dr. Kirkpatrick committed suicide. (00:57–01:05)
