Well, you have to do the same thing with the federal government. I've seen studies that show in terms of the total cost of benefits for federal workers, somewhere in the $40,000 range. For state and local public officials, somewhere in the $30,000 range. And for private sector workers, it's mid teens, 15, $16,000. That's just out of whack.
