I've seen studies that show in terms of the total cost of benefits for federal workers, somewhere in the $40,000 range. For state and local public officials, somewhere in the $30,000 range. And For private sector workers, it's mid teens, 15, $16,000. That's just out of whack. So I think it's important that we start addressing that. But again, the political realities of the negotiations apparently is I think Paul would have liked to really address the overall federal employees situation. (17:19–17:25)
