When we were doing the reforms, the homeowners was obviously a big issue because it had been escalated. It was escalating everywhere in the country. But for us, it was escalating in ways that didn't even make sense. When you have 8% of claims and you have 78% of litigation expenses, how does that make any sense at all? Obviously, we had some problems. The interesting thing about that is you get those numbers a couple years ago, most of that litigation was Dade Broward in Palm beach, which did not have a hurricane anytime recently. (06:40–06:48)
