So we were down in Broward county on Monday announcing that Citizens Insurance... our agency approved really significant decreases. I think the most they've ever had. It's like 14% in Broward and Miami Dade for citizens policies. You know, there are a million policies less than they were two years ago, partially because the private market is coming back.
