I think we're probably gonna have a correction, but the government doesn't control the price. You know, homeowners insurance. We've done a lot of reforms to try to shore up the market. We have more companies [in the homeowners insurance market]. They're actually in South Florida for the first time, offering citizens in Miami Dade reduced [rates]. You know, you've seen stability. We have no storms this year. I do think you're going to start to see more reductions. And so that will be some relief, which is good. (38:52–38:59)
