But people have fled a lot of those jurisdictions to Florida. Yes. No income tax here. Yes. We were open during COVID Yes. You know, all this stuff, schools, whatever. But The number one reason people give when you talk to realtors about why'd you buy a house in Florida and leave these places? Public safety. They didn't feel safe in those other communities.
