If you look at what we've done with transportation, accelerating projects 10, 15, 20 years, this is good. So that ultimately is a science. We had a $1.3 billion rainy day fund. Now it's 5 billion. We had, I think about 7, 7 1/2 billion in reserves. Now we're close to 17 billion. and we'll probably have even. It's interesting, you hear a lot about the economy and there's obviously, you know, nationwide, you know, you see some of these blurbs for sure, and I think it's real. (1:18:04–1:18:10)
