We've saved hundreds of millions of dollars in interest costs that we now don't have to pay because we're doing that early. The reserves when I became governor, I think were probably, you know, $7 billion range. The budget that we're submitting today is about $17 billion in reserves. So some of that's general revenue that does include the fiscal. The rainy day fund includes trust fund surpluses, a whole nine yards. But that's a really, really good sign. (01:55–02:03)
