Sometimes you plan out and you think you may need something 5 or 10, and then things change and maybe you don't need it. Well, these are things we already need. Or so We did Moving Florida Forward, which was about a seven or eight billion dollars infusion into taking those projects that we knew needed to be done, moving them forward, starting them now, and then being able to deliver them five or 10 years ahead of schedule.
