I don't know that there's any other state that can say that they've done that, quite frankly. Certainly many states have gone in the opposite direction, and I now think so. We always would say New York's budget, they have 3 million, 4 million fewer people than the state of Florida, and yet their budget's twice the size. And that was true four years ago, but I think now, I think it's like 117 billion compared to like, I think they're like 260, $270 billion there. (03:29–03:38)
